Return Policy

All items have a 7 day money back guarantee if you are not completely satisfied.

If you need to return an item, you must first notify us by email within 7 days of delivery to obtain a returns number and instructions for return. Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in saleable condition within 7 days of receipt.

Refunds will only be issued upon receipt of the item.   We do not refund postage costs nor do we pay for the return postage to us if you have simply changed your mind about a purchase.   You are advised to send returned items by recorded delivery.  Shipping charges will only be refunded if an item is faulty.
