TRADITIONAL RITUAL BATHS

Eloise Kirlan's Traditional Ritual Baths are made from high quality herbs, flowers and essential oils selected for their magickal energies, hand blended and empowered by traditional methods. A Ritual Herbal Bath is one of the easiest and most enjoyable forms of magic. When the Ritual Bath Sachet is placed in warm water, the herbs release their scents, colours and their magical energies. If you prefer to take a shower, Ritual Herbal Bath sachets can be used either as a sponge bath or by rubbing the bath sachet over your body.

How to use your traditional ritual bath

Fill the bath with warm water and place the sachet in the bath. Allow it to steep for 10 minutes or so. The water will be scented and may also be coloured.

Alternatively, if you prefer, boil a pint of water and pour over the sachet in a heat-proof container. Cover and allow the herbs to steep for 10 - 15 minutes. Remove the sachet and squeeze out the last few drops of scented water and add the infusion to your bath.

If you don't have a bath or you simply prefer to have a shower. Shower as normal. Then, thoroughly wet the bath sachet and scrub yourself (gently!) all over with it. Then towel dry as usual.

If you like to bathe by candle light, one or more candles will enhance the atmosphere and add to the effect of the bath. The following list shows the recommended candle colour.

If you do not have any candles of the recommended colour, you may use white instead, but do not use candles of any other colour.

Directly after every magical herbal bath (and before if necessary) be sure to clean the bath. A ritual bath taken in an unclean bath will not have the desired effect.
